Privacy policy

When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, company name if you provide one, and the content of your message. When you book a call, our scheduling provider collects the details you enter into it.

When you browse this site we collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, referring page, and the pages you visit.

We use the Meta pixel on this site. It sets cookies and collects information about your visit, including pages viewed and actions taken such as submitting a form or booking a call. We also send a copy of those same events to Meta from our own servers through the Conversions API, matched to the browser event so the action is counted once rather than twice.

Information sent to Meta from our servers may include your IP address, browser user agent, and, where you have given it to us, a cryptographically hashed version of your email address. We do not send Meta the plain text of your email address or the content of your message.

Meta uses this information to measure and target advertising. You can control how Meta uses your data in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings, and you can block the pixel entirely with most ad blockers or browser tracking protection.

We use the information you submit to reply to your enquiry, to prepare for and hold a call with you, and to provide services if we begin working together.

We use technical and advertising information to understand how people find and use this site, and to measure whether our advertising works.

We share information with service providers who help us operate this site: our hosting provider, our email delivery provider, our scheduling provider, and Meta as described above. We do not sell your personal information.

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA.

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond to it and to maintain a record of our business relationship, and then delete it.
